Who We Are

ZayStack was founded by professionals who’ve built and led teams at global companies — including Microsoft, AWS, Oracle, Walmart, and IBM. They’ve worked at the intersection of business, technology, and learning, and bring years of experience in digital transformation, product strategy, and organisational change. This background shapes everything we do. We understand how real organisations work, where the challenges lie, and how to build capability that actually lasts. Our Co-Founders are Harvard Alums. 

What We Do

We offer two core services:

• AI Advisory
  We help leaders and decision-makers define their AI roadmap, choose the right opportunities, and build systems that scale. This includes readiness assessments, use case prioritization, and strategy-to-execution planning.

• Capability Building
  We train teams to work with AI in practical ways — through structured learning programs, labs, and certifications. Our sessions are tailored for leadership, business functions (like HR, sales, ops), and technical teams (like product, data, and engineering).
